中東・世界軍事支配と植民地主義の「戦争会議」
2001年の9.11同時多発テロ、そして2003年のイラク開戦以降、このG8サミットやAPEC（アジア太平洋経済協力）などのこのての国際会議の最大のテーマは「テロとの戦い」である、とされている。しかし、実際に話し合われているのは、米ブッシュ政権の強い意向によるイラク・アフガンへの具体的な各国部隊の派兵についてであり、派兵しない国による「復興支援」という名の占領事業への投資についてである。
とりわけ、イラクは石油が強奪されているのみならず、イラク国内の電気・水道・道路整備などの生活インフラ部門が、ことごとくアメリカをはじめとする各国のグローバル企業に払い下げられている。G8サミットでは、アメリカがイラク占領に「理解」を求め、その引き換えとしてグローバル企業が巣食う「甘いケーキ」となったイラクにおける占領事業の利益分配・調整は「裏」の最大のテーマである。
言うまでもなく「G8の戦争屋」は、ブッシュだけではない！
イラクにおける最大の同盟者・イギリス、この「21世紀の植民地主義」＝占領事業の最大のスポンサー・日本、「私ならイラク戦争に参戦した」と口を滑らせ、外相が「イランの核を排除するためなら戦争も辞さない」と宣言したフランス・サルコジ政権、チェンチェンで暴虐の限りを尽くし、人々を踏みにじり続けるロシア・プーチン後継メドベージェフ政権などなど、血塗られた政府の権力者たちが、互いの「軍事バランス」を気にしつつ、上手に戦争による利益の分配を図ろうという「戦争会議」が、G8サミットの本質である。
イラク・アフガンの軍事占領をただちに止めよ！占領軍は撤退せよ！
アジア・中東に米軍基地はいらない！米軍基地は再編でなく撤去せよ！
すべての核兵器をただちに廃棄せよ！
GANG8の戦争会議はいらない！
このようなスローガンによって、この「戦争会議」の包囲を準備しよう！
●No Global Warming!
地球を食らい尽くす「グローバル企業の代理人」による「環境破壊会議」
温室効果ガスによる地球温暖化の対策が世界的な課題に上っている中での、この洞爺湖G8サミットは、「環境が最大のテーマ」などと喧伝されている。しかし、実際は実効ある温暖化対策の取り組みを拒否し続けるアメリカ・ブッシュ政権と、そのブッシュをサポートし国内の財界の意を汲んで「CO2排出権取引」の導入すら拒否する日本政府など、かれらに温暖化対策に取り組むという意思も能力もない。かれらにあるのは、グローバル企業の経済活動になんらの支障も規制ももたらさないように、いかに「ちょっとは考えている」フリをするか、だけである。
ならば、ヨーロッパ諸国の政府は、マスメディアの言うように「環境」や「CO2対策」に熱心なのか？断じて否である。フランス、ドイツなどは、従来の「脱原発」政策を転換し、原子力回帰を求める声が政府内で強くなっている。それを正当化する理屈として「CO2排出を減らすため」などとしている。原発は火力発電からの供給の元で稼動し、おなじ発電量でも水力風力と比較にならないほどのCO2を排出する「地球かじり虫」である。また、ヨーロッパ諸国は2007年G8での「原発を含めたクリーン・エネルギーへの転換の促進」という結論では一致している。
また、EU諸国は「CO2排出権取引」における国際的な「取引の管理」を世界銀行に委ねることを提案している。IMF（国際通貨基金）/世銀の無理な構造調整プログラムによって、第三世界諸国の環境がどれだけ破壊されてきたか。グローバル企業の進出の露払い役として機能し、貧しい国の人々を破滅させてきたIMF/世銀は「環境」など語る資格もなければ、関わらせてはならないのである。IMF/世銀はG8とともに消えてなくなれ！
G8サミットで語られるのは、「環境」についてではなく、このようなエコ・ビジネス＝地球を食らい尽くすまでの金儲けのための「環境破壊会議」である。
●No Globalization!
労働者の権利と民主主義を破壊する「新世界無秩序」のための会議
G8サミットは、ここ数年かならず「WTOによる自由主義経済の促進」を会議の最後に合意して閉幕する。その内容は、グローバル企業の展開のために、どこの国でどれだけの規制緩和が可能であり、どの公共サービスの民営化が可能であるか、そのなかでどれだけ「新自由主義」という名の無秩序な「自由競争」のために各国の社会と世界を作り変えられるか、の相談である。そこで集中的な攻撃の的にされるのは、労働者の権利である。
また、「国際的な反テロ体制の構築」も、G8サミットの必須のお題目となっている。それは、世界の民衆を「60億のテロリスト予備軍」に見たてて、民衆が戦争と新自由主義の「新世界無秩序」に反対し、「帝国」に反旗を翻す前に、出入国管理の徹底や悪名高い共謀罪のような治安立法を各国に促すことによって未然に押さえ込む役割を果たしている。
その「監視社会のグローバル化」によって、グローバル企業が「永遠の夢」を見続ける体制を確立しようというのが、G8サミットである。しかしそのG8サミットは、行く先々で各国の民衆の激しい反対と抵抗に直面している。この当然の抗議を「暴力デモが起きる」とでっち上げて、戒厳令並みの厳戒態勢を敷き、活動家の国境を越えた移動を入念にチェックすることでG8サミット開催そのものを「民衆監視体制」の先取りとしているのが、ここ数年のお決まりのパターンとなっている。
しかし、G8サミットのような世界について何かを決定する権限があるはずもない「権力者の饗宴」が、戦争と環境破壊、労働者の権利の破壊を決定していくという非民主的なあり方が大きな抗議に直面するのは当然のことである。日本でのみG8サミットが平穏なままに開催されるならば、それは恥ずべきことであり、問われるのは民衆の「民主主義意識」である。平和と人権、民主主義と公正な社会のために起ちあがり、このG8サミットという「権力者の饗宴」を包囲する世界の数百万の人々の輪に加わろう！この世界のあり方を転換させる一つの契機として、G8サミットを包囲する巨大なレジスタンス運動を作り出そう！
もう一つの世界は可能だ！そして、
もう一つの世界が必要だ！
G8の世界支配体制を打ち倒そう！

在7月对G8会议创造一个巨大的抗议！
今年7月7日至9日G8八国集团首脑峰会将在日本洞爷湖召开。从4月5日开始将在东京等地相继举行开发部长会议等会议。自在2001年意大利热那亚G8会议上遭到二十万群众抗议以后，在G8所到之处都遭到了数以万计的群众抗议围攻。
在适逢2008年年初之时日本共产青年同盟呼吁日本以及全世界的所有青年振奋起来围战洞爷湖G8会议。
不要全球战争！
这是一场支配中东和世界进行殖民主义的“战争会议”
自2001年9.11恐怖事件以及2003年的伊拉克战争以来，G8会议和APEC（亚太经合组织）等国际会议的最大主题就是“反恐战争”。但是事实上商谈的内容却是关于美国政府的强力意向：各国向伊拉克和阿富汗的具体派兵问题，以及不出兵国家以“复兴支持”称谓进行的占领性投资问题。
以美国为首的各国跨国企业在伊拉克不仅掠夺其石油而且还瓜分其国内的电气和道路建设等生活基础设施部门。在G8会议上美国为寻求对其占领伊拉克的“理解”作为交换其给予他国跨国企业分享这块“美味的蛋糕”。 对占领伊拉克的利益分配和调整才是G8会议最大的背后主题。
而这个“G8战争铺房”不是布什一家开的！还有伊拉克战争最大的同盟者英国，“21世纪殖民主义”=占领商业的最大支持者日本，那漏说“如果那时已经当总统的话，一定参加伊拉克战争”，并自己属下的外交部长宣布“如果为了排除伊拉克的核武器那么战争也将是需要的”的法国萨科齐政府，以及在车臣极尽暴虐之能事继续践踏人权的俄国普京政府等等。这些身上沾满血迹的权力者们为维持相互间的“军事平衡”而进行的G8会议本质上是一场为了图谋更好的战争利益分配的“战争会议”。
立即停止对伊拉克和阿富汗的军事占领并撤出占领军！不要美国在亚洲和中东的军事基地并撤除这些美军基地！立即废弃所有的核武器！不要G8战争会议！
根据这些口号准备对这次“战争会议”的围攻吧！
不要全球变暖！
这是一场跨国企业代理人蚕食地球的“环境破坏会议”
关于温室气体造成的全球变暖的对策问题已进入世界性课题，这次洞爷湖G8会议极力宣传“环境问题是最大的主题”。但是事实上依然拒绝配合实效的美国政府和支持布什并体谅连CO2排放权交易都拒绝的经济界立场的日本政府等国他们没有打算和能力配合实施全球变暖的对策。他们只有在不会给跨国公司们带来任何障碍和限制的情况下才会去“考虑一下“。
那些欧洲各国政府是否真的如宣传媒体所说对“环境”和“CO2对策”热心呢？答案是否定的。法国和德国等国转变了以往“非核电”的政策，在政府内部对要求核电的呼声越来越强。“为了减少CO2排放”成为了其正当化的一个理由。而同样的发电量核电由于是由火力发电供给开动的，因此它是相较于水力和风力发电更多排出CO2的“地球侵蚀虫”。在2007年G8会议上欧洲各国得出一致结论要“促进向包括核电在内的绿色能源转换”。
同时欧盟诸国提交了由世界银行委托进行国际“交易管理”的CO2排除交易议案。但由于国际货币基金和世界银行那无理的构造调整计划，许多第三世界国家的环境遭到了破坏。作为跨国公司扩张的领路者而使贫穷国家人民走向灭亡的国际货币基金和世界银行还有什么资格去谈论“环境”等问题。让国际货币基金和世界银行与G8会议一道消失掉！
这次G8会议不会关心环境问题，它是一场环保公司们为了在地球被耗尽前捞取利润的“环境破坏会议”。
不要全球化！
这是一场为了新世界无秩序而破坏劳动者权利和民主主义的会议
G8会议近几年来在会议闭幕时一定会一致提出要“根据WTO促进自由主义经济”。这个内容谈到的是为了跨国公司的利益尽可能放宽每个国家的管制，尽可能使各产业部门私营化，其打着“新自由主义”招牌将各国社会和世界都改造成无秩序的“自由竞争”。其中劳动者的权利被遭到重点攻击。
同时“构筑世界反恐体制”也成为了G8会议必须的题目。由于它将世界人民看作是“60亿恐怖主义预备军”，为了在人民反对战争和新自由主义的“无秩序新世界”并举起反帝国主义大旗之前，它敦促各国严格出入境管理并立法提高治安威胁的罪名以防范于未然。
在G8会议上跨国公司们冀望用“监视社会的全球化”来确立“永远的梦”的持续体制。但是这G8会议在所到之处都将面对各国人民反对和抗议。这当然也使他们如同以前惯做的一样以捏造的“会发生暴力示威” 为借口采取戒严状态并严查入境活动者的动向等动作在G8会议开幕之前预先采取“民众监视体制”。
但是象G8会议这种没有任何决定权限的“权力者盛宴”非民主的作出战争、环境破坏以及破坏劳动者权利的相关决定的状况将不可避免的面对巨大的抗议浪潮。因此如果让在日本召开的G8会议平稳举行，这是很大的耻辱。民众的“民主意识”正受考验。为了一个和平和人权、民主主义和公正的社会起来参加围攻“权力者盛宴”的G8会议的数百万世界人民的队伍之中！作为改变世界现状的一个契机创造一个对G8会议围攻的巨大抗议运动吧！

"A war meeting" for the Middle East and world military domination, and colonialism.
It is supposed after 9.11 terrorism in 2001, and the outbreak of Iraq war in 2003 that the greatest theme of international conferences, such as this G8 summit, APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), etc., is "fighting with terrorism."
However, actually being discussed is about sending troops of the concrete unit of each country to Iraq - Afghanistan by the strong intention of the U.S. Bush Administration, and it is about the investment in the occupation enterprise named the "reconstruction assistance" by the country which does not send troops.
In Iraq, oil is especially seized. Life infrastructure sections, such as electricity, water service, road maintenance and improvement, etc. in Iraq, are sold off to the global business of g8 including the United States one after another.
In G8 summit, the United States asks the Iraq occupation for "an understanding." And the profit sharing of the occupation business in the inside in Iraq used as "the sweet cake" crowded with global business and adjustment are the greatest themes of the "reverse side" of G8 summit.
Of course, "the warmonger of G8" is not only Bush!
Britain is Bush's best friend in Iraq. Japan is the No.1 sponsor of the 21 century colonialism = Iraq occupation business. "An environmental destruction meeting" by "the representative of global corporation" who eats all the earths
The measure against the global warming by co2 discharge poses a global problem. Toya lake G8 summit is advertized with "the theme of the maximum [ environmental protection ]."
However, the U.S. Bush Administration which continues refusing the measure of the measure against warming effectual in practice. The Japanese government which supports Bush, pays the will of corratios by proxy, and refuses even introduction of "CO2 emission rights trading." Neither the intention of tackling the measure against warming, nor capability is in g8.
g8 only pretends "To solve" how so that neither trouble nor regulation may be brought to the economic activity of global corporations.
Is the government of European countries eager for an "environmental measure" and "CO2 measure" so that the mass media may say? It is no positively! France and Germany convert the conventional "nuclear power reactor fadeout" policy, and the call for nuclear revolution is strong within the government.They say "for reducing CO2 discharge" as explanation which justifies it.
A nuclear power plant is the institution which works under the supply from thermal power generation. A nuclear power plant discharges a lot of CO2 also in the amount of power generation more nearly same than water-power generation and wind power. A nuclear power plant is an "earth pervasion insect." And European countries are in agreement at G8 in 2007 with the conclusion "promotion of conversion to clean energy including a nuclear power plant."
It has proposed that EU countries leave international "management of dealings" in "CO2 emission rights trading" to the World Bank.The environment of the countries in the Third World was greatly destroyed by the coldhearted structural adjustment programs of International Monetary Fund/World Bank.The representative for advance of global corporations. And we will be opposed to new "environmental business" by IMF/WB which has ruined people of poor countries.
IMF/WB should disappear together with G8!
NO GLOBAL CAPITALISM!
"A New-world-disorder meeting" which destroys laborers' right and democracy
G8 summit always ends in agreement with the last of the meeting by "promotion of the liberal economy by WTO."The deregulation of which is possible for G8 summit in what country because of deployment of global business? The privatization of a public service of what is possible? Which makes the society and the world of each country and which is changed for disorderly "free competition" of the name of "neoliberalism"? G8 is discussing them. Laborers' right is made the target of an intensive attack at the meeting.
Moreover, "being international anti-terrorism organization construction" serves as an indispensable empty slogan of G8 summit. It has played the role held down beforehand by demanding thoroughness of immigration control, and peace legislation like a notorious conspiracy from each country, before it selects the public in the world for "the terrorist reserve of 6 billion" and the public changes a standard of revolt into an "empire" in opposition to "new world disorder" of war and neoliberalism.
G8 summit completes "globalization of surveillance society." And global business establishes and has the organization which continues looking at "an eternal dream." G8 summit is faced with the intense contrary and resistance of the public in the world. This protest is fabricated with "A violence demonstration breaks out", it covers with about the same high alert as martial law, and movement beyond the activist's border is checked carefully. The pattern for the past several years is considering G8 summit holding as acquisition in advance of a "public surveillance system."
However, it does not have the authority for G8 summit to determine something about the world. It stands to reason that the undemocratic way that should be that "Party of men of power" determines war, environmental destruction, and destruction of laborers' right faces a big protest.
It will be a shameful thing, if it is held only in Japan as G8 summit is peaceful. For the Japanese public, own "democratic consciousness" is asked. We will rise up for peace, human rights and democracy, and fair society. It will be added to the ring of people in the world which surrounds "party of men of power" named G8 summit! As one opportunity into which the state in this world is converted, We will make huge resistance movement which surrounds G8 summit!
Another world is possible! And,
Another world is necessary!
Knock down the world rule of G8!
